Who we’d love to hear from

We don’t want to list ten requisitions we can’t fill. We’d rather tell you the three shapes of person who would make an outsized difference right now:

Gateway engineer (Go or Rust). You’ve written high-throughput proxies before, you respect p99s, and you have opinions about connection pooling, retry budgets, and load-shedding under pressure.
Python data engineer. ClickHouse, NATS, and a working knowledge of cost-attribution for LLM workloads. You like turning sprawling event streams into invoices that actually balance.
Founding designer. You can ship production React/Tailwind, you care about type and density, and you’d rather design the dashboard than design a deck about the dashboard.
